The All Party Parliamentary Group On Family Law and The Court of Protection was set up in July 2010 to address the concerns raised by both the public and professionals working within the family justice system.

As part of its remit, The Group will seek to hold events open to the public so that discussions about the problems and potential solutions can be raised.

The Chair of The Group is John Hemming MP and its Vice Chair is Baroness Ruth Deeth.
